INGREDIENTS

1 pack of VG Pork Stuffing

• Enough wheat flour

• As much breadcrumbs as needed

• 2 to 3 beaten eggs


PREPARATION METHOD

Take portions of the filling, make balls and arrange them in a baking dish. Once they are all ready, separate three bowls, one with a little wheat flour, another with beaten eggs and the third with breadcrumbs. Bread the dumplings in wheat flour, eggs, wheat flour again, eggs and breadcrumbs. Bread all the dumplings and fry them in a deep pan with enough hot oil to cover the dumplings. Drain on a paper napkin and serve while still hot.
