INGREDIENTS

750g VG duck wing drumsticks

• 1 dessert spoon salt

• ½ teaspoon black pepper

• ½ teaspoon spicy paprika

• 6 chopped garlic cloves

• 1 chopped onion

• 500ml of oil for frying

• 1 cup smoked or smoked flavored ketchup

• ½ cup vinegar

• 1 dessert spoon dehydrated garlic, onion and parsley

• 2 teaspoons sugar

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 1 teaspoon pepper sauce


PREPARATION METHOD

Place the drumsticks, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and onion in an ovenproof dish. Cover with cling film. Leave to marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. After removing from the fridge, fry in a pan of hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Bring the ketchup, vinegar, dehydrated garlic, onion and parsley, sugar, salt and pepper to the boil in a pan. Bring to the boil until thick.
