INGREDIENTS

500g VG Duck Breast Cubes

• 02 tablespoons oil

• 01 chopped onion

• 02 garlic cloves

• 400g heavy cream

• 50g barbecue sauce

• 30g mustard

• 100g mushrooms

• Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION METHOD

Season the meat with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat the oil and sauté the garlic and onion until golden. Add the meat and cook until browned. Add the barbecue sauce, ketchup, mustard, and mushrooms.

Lower the heat and cook for about 10 minutes. Finally, add the heavy cream and adjust the salt to taste.

Tip: Serve with white rice and shoestring potatoes!
