INGREDIENTS

1 packet of VG duck sausage

• 1/2 bottle of malzbier beer (355 ml bottle)

• 1 sprig of rosemary

• Wooden skewers


PREPARATION METHOD

Place a wooden skewer in the middle of the rolled sausage. Put a drizzle of oil in a frying pan, let it heat up and fry the sausage on one side, then the other. Once the sausage is fried, add 1/2 bottle of beer and the rosemary leaves. Let it cook until the beer reduces and becomes thicker, like a syrup. Serve hot.
