• 1/2 cup of orange juice

• 1/4 cup of honey

• 2 tablespoons of olive oil

• 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

• Salt and black pepper to taste

PREPARATION METHOD

Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a small bowl, mix the orange juice, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Place the quails in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them, rubbing it in well to ensure they are thoroughly coated. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the quails are cooked through and golden brown. Serve hot with white rice and vegetables of your choice.
