INGREDIENTS

1 VG Stuffed Pork

06 apples

 01 tablespoon butter 

02 tablespoons sugar 

Juice of 02 lemons 

Salt and pepper 

Water for drizzling 



PREPARATION METHOD

Defrost the Villa Germania Stuffed Suckling Pig in the fridge for 12 hours or in a microwave oven according to the defrosting time indicated therein. Roast it breast-side up in a deep roasting pan, adding half a glass of water. When browned, remove the liquid that has formed in the pan and add another half a glass of water. Drizzle the Marreco with the sauce that has formed so that it is well browned. Remove it from the oven and wait about 10 minutes before slicing. When serving, cut the pork into portions and remove the stuffing entirely by slicing it. 

Dice the apples and cook with all the ingredients for ten minutes, adding water if necessary. Remove from the heat and process before serving.
