INGREDIENTS

500 g de carne picada de pato VG

• 1 cebolla pequeña picada

• 2 cucharadas de salsa Worcestershire

• 350 g de espaguetis

• 350 g de salsa de tomate

• Albahaca al gusto

• Perejil al gusto

• Sal y pimienta al gusto


PREPARATION METHOD

Add the minced duck meat, onion, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix together and shape into 16 mini meatballs. Sear them in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil until golden brown. Add the ready-made tomato sauce. Cook in the sauce for about 4 to 7 minutes. Cook the pasta in a saucepan until al dente. Place the pasta on the plate and add the sauce on top with the meatballs. Finish with a few basil leaves.
