INGREDIENTS

1KG VG GROUND DUCK MEAT

• 01 package of lasagna noodles

• 500g sliced mozzarella

• 01 can of corn

• 01 cup of milk

• 01 tablespoon cornstarch

• 300g broccoli

• 01 chopped onion

• 02 boxes of heavy cream

• 05 garlic cloves

• 01 can of tomato sauce

• Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste

PREPARATION METHOD

Blend the corn with the milk and cornstarch. Sauté with some of the onion in olive oil and salt. Stir until it boils and thickens. Boil the broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain the water and chop into small pieces. Sauté with onion and olive oil for 3 minutes. In another pan, sauté the remaining onion with garlic and olive oil, add the ground duck meat, and stir for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then add the tomato sauce. Stir for another 2 minutes.

Assembly: Start with the corn cream, then the ground meat, broccoli, and a layer of lasagna noodles. Repeat this order until all fillings are used. Top with mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
